don't get me wrong the car dose stop eventually, but the pedal is real hard it feels like i'm driving a car with drum brakes, and now the tires don't even lock up when i slam the brakes. i like my car but every time i drive it i don't feel safe. i was driving the car last night to brake in the new motor. it runs real good i was happy, but every time i got a grove in the freeway the car will pull to the side . i was like wtf do i need suspension work. or maybe new tires. and another thing i don't like about my car the power steering is real sensitive. is it like that on all the 2 gen camaro, other then that the car is bad ***. i was already going to paint it i had the money for that already. but i just found out that my 510 rotary wagon needs another motor. that mest up my plans with the camaro .i'm like f..k

I looked at the pics of your engine. On the line from the booster, what type of connection is that at the manifold T fitting? It looks like a flare nut to me, but the T fitting would normally have a nipple for a rubber hose to slip onto. I would check that connection and make sure it isn't leaking vacuum.

k i check it this morning and the same thing. the brakes were working fine when i drove the car to the shop. but they suck now.. but i'll check again tomorrow. the hose is connected to a metal line that is bolted to a t thats connected to the manifold.

Still sounds like you've got a vacuum leak somewhere. Need to spray some starter fluid around the vrious fittings and hose ends to see if the idle picks up. If you hear it get faster, then that's where your leak is.
On the car following the various ruts in the pavement; that's usually a sign of well worn tires or well worn suspension. Could be an alignment issue too. The wider your front tires are, the more exaggerated the problem will be. This will also make your steering seem sensitive, as you begin to change lanes and it seems to overreact and jump to the next lane.

PS- Was there a reason you didn't change to a 4 barrel while the engine was getting redone?
