Default Chassis torque specs

OK, so I've looked all over the internet, Googled everything I could think of, and looked on the search functions here and the NastyZ28 site. I can't find anything that gives me the torque specs for all the various bolts and nuts for upper and lower control arm bushing bolts, and mounting bolts.
Can anyone tell me the specs? I'm guessing around 70-80 ft. lbs., but it's only a guess and I'd like them correct.

From what I read, they need to be torqued while on the ground. Then I also read its imposable to get to the bolts. Most posts were from the same guy. But I did find this from a different guy, he's been there a while i trust it I guess.

by the assembly manual;

lower ball joint 70-95lbs.
upper ball joint 50-70lbs.
tie rod end 30-40lbs.
LCA bolts 90-115lbs.
UCA cross link to frame bolts 70-75lbs.
UCA bushing collar 40lbs.

Thanks Damon! Yes, I've also heard that the lower and upper arms need to be torqued under load sitting at staic height. My friend says it's best done on a drive on rack, or in a pit, but said I could also put it up on ramps after getting them just snug, and torque them once it was on the ramps and I could get under there.
He said in a pinch you could jack it up, put blocks under the tires and set it down, then torque them, but they do need load on them while torquing the arm bushings.
