Default Rocker Torque Specs

Hey everyone again. i had another question. does any one know the torque specs for the rocker arm bolt. i'm not talking about the stud that the rocker sits on. i've tried looking all over the net and i could only find the specs for the stud.

And i'm also assuming that the valve has to be closed when your torquing down the the nut.

Ok, well i just heard from a friend what i might have to do is tighten down the rockers a little bit and then fire up the engine and tighten them down until they stop ticking and then do a additional quarter turn. is that what i have to do or do i just do the 11lb ft plus 30degrees??

well i pulled the push rods out last night and there where none bent. i rolled them on the counter is how i checked them. i think i may have tightened them down to tight and made them start ticking really really bad after a short drive.
