Default camaro project: old vs. new

got a 78 camaro, needs front dog house. I really like the looks of the early 70's camaros though... so my thoughts are, being i dont have a numbers matching car, is to buy the fenders and front facia and bumpers for the early 70 camaro and put on there. Has anyone here done this and would i have to drill new holes for front facia etc..?

the front is metal. its not a frascia like in your camaro. I have seen it done. It looks allright but to do a good clone, you will need new quarters and a lot of new metal.

good luck though.
