how do you get to the body mount bolts on an 81 camaro...ive seen the article in hot rooding that states you must cut into the mounting box to get to the captured bolts..and then weld it closed again..this sounds strange to me...anybody know if you can get to them form inside the car??? any help is greatly appreciated

The front two are at the bottom of the firewall. if you look up from the bottom of the car at the power booster you will see the one on that side. There are to two under the radiader support. and two at the back of the sub frame. make sure you do one side at a time. or you can mess up your body's alinement. I took out all my bolts at the same time and it was a pain in my a-- to line them back up!! I hope this helps you.
