Default 69 camaro body mounts

I have to change all the front body mounts on my 69 Camaro. Car was leaning to one side and found out the rubber in the mounts were crushed and cracked. What is the easiest way to change he mounts.

How much lean does the car have? Might not be the mounts..... then again they may need to be replaced anyways. This will lead to new bushings which willl lead to new bolts as some will break, which will lead to pain and primer as the parts are gonna make everything else look like a$$, which will lead to ..... well, this is how it all starts. Welcome to the fun. The bushing kit should come with instructions, otherwise you might need an assembly manual. They are easy enough to get, check ebay.

That's right, cplthomas. The bolts will most likely be worthless if the bushing are that bad.
I went with Energy Suspension bushings for my '69. They are solid, come with instructions and you an get them just about anywhere you order Camaro parts.
The bushing come in 2 parts as they sandwich the metal of the frame and then attach to the body. The kit comes with new bolts too.

I do the back two first and then the front two last I also put dowel pins in the alignment holes anytime I loosen the frame. if your car isn't a real soild car, there is always a small chance that the bodymounts on the frame will be rotted and need to have new plates welded on it (this might be your case if the body is leaning that bad) before you put in new bushings.

most of the time I have taken frames out the bolts have been so worn down, the taper they end up with looks almost like a factory part
