Bad Steering/Wandering

Bad Steering/Wandering
Hello, my issue is a little hard to describe.
I have a 76 Camaro, with a ride tech street grip system, and quick ratio gearbox. It was aligned at a shop that deals primarily with classic cars.
The problem is not new, but all the upgrades didn't fix it.
When driving, especially at highway speeds, the car seems to wander to the right or left. This happens at highway speeds or at lower speeds when I hit a bump. Basically, doesn't feel safe on the highway and I need to hold both hands on the wheel to make sure I can keep things straight at times.
Only thing I can see that needs to be fixed, and am working on, is that one of the fender to radiator support bars on the drivers side is not connected to the frame. It has a broken bolt, and now I'm trying to get a broken easy out out of the broken bolt. Could that piece be causing the front to wander. It doesn't seem so, but I don't know enough about these cars to be sure.
I just ordered a set of aluminum frame bushings. Could those be the problem. I was going to change them anyway, but if they could fix things it would be great.
Any ideas? Something as simple as tires maybe?
here are my alignment numbers
chamber: 1.6, 1.0
caster: 1.6, 1.6
Toe: 0.11, 0.10

Check Ride-Tech for alignment specs. I have the UMI stage 2.5 lowering kit 2". I have 6 deg. of caster according to their specs.
I still have a similar problem. I will be installing a "bump steer kit" that is recommended for lowered Camaros
