I have changed flashers and blinkers but neither side works but hazard lights do. what is it?

 

Two different flashers, so not surprised one works and one doesn't. You need to start at the basics. Check the fuses. Then if they're all good check for power at the flasher socket with a test light. If there's power, then plug in the flasher and leave it out just enough to access the prongs and check voltage at both prongs with the light.
If there's nothing on either prong the problem is lekely in the steering column sw.
