78 z28 shell-should i buy?

I'd say it's worth the $500 bucks, but as said before, it's not a Z28. The two tone paint, chrome headlight bezels, body molding down the side, and those emblems all say its an RS. I don't believe it's a 1978 Camaro either because the dash carrier is flat and box like where as the 78's had a wrap around dash.
