Default 1980 sport coupe options

Was it possible to order a new 1980 Camaro sport coupe with air vents on the front fenders and the Z28 front spoiler as an option? I'm looking at an1980 sport coupe c/w 305 eng with original paint and the owner insists that the air vents and front spoiler came new from the dealer. Was this an actual option for a non Z28 car?

Is there any RS badging on the car? Those items would be part of an RS package ,I don't know if they could be ordered on a base model.
My Chevy book shows 4 Camaros for 1980,Base model,Berlinetta,Rally Sport and Z28.

The car has no RS badging and was ordered as base sport coupe with single colour exterior paint. I could not find anything searching online showing them as an opinion other than a Z28.

Here's a link to a Showroom Brochure that may help give answers to what was available in 1980. Also, according to the "Camaro White Book", only the Z28 option had the functional front fender ports and the front air dam was also part of the Z28 package.
