Hello, I was looking for a 70 Camaro Z28 with the RS package and found a perfectly restored one near my city. It has a small rear spoiler like this one: http://image.carcraft.com/f/10104893...+rear_view.jpg

but what I want to know is if that bigger one: http://www.classicchevy5speed.com/im...971_Camaro.jpg

was available for the 1970 model year, not 72, 73 but 70. If anybody knows, could you tell me please?

The 3-piece rear spoiler was available in 1970 after April 20th under COPO (central office production order) #9796 this was a rarely ordered option in 70 as the one piece was standard, what also is unusual is that I personally saw in 1975 an original low mile 1971 shadow grey Z28 with the one piece rear spoiler, I remember asking the owner about it because I had thought they were 1970 only but a few early 71's apparently got the one piece short spoiler, then I drove away in my medium green 1969 RS Z28 with a recently transplanted 66 vette L72 427 425hp engine that I had just purchased for 1600.00 a few weeks earlier, those were great days.
