1978 value question...
I have a 78 with a 250 l6 motor and a 3 speed tranny.
It has reversed two tone paint (lt blue on top, darker blue on the bottom) white interior with blu carpet.
About 20 thousand original miles. No rust at all, body is perfect, interior is in very good shape.
So, do I spend 10k to make a show car, or say forget it and get my garage back?
Anyone have any idea how much this thing is worth? Is it the RT/LT ? How rare is it?
Thanks.

Pretty common for the I6 3speed. My brother had one, we even swapped it to a 292 from a pickup. As for price its had on that one for me. Honestly its undesirable to most. Drop a 350 4speed in it and it would go for 6-8 if its that nice. Most would buy it and do that anyhow so...

I agree with Damon, it's more valueable, even with a std. 350 and 4 speed.
Good luck making it a show car for another $10k! There's been more than one person who started with a really clean Camaro, and ended up way over $10k to get to show car status.
