Default Tank sending unit

I have a 1969 rally sport with center console gauges. I replaced all wiring but can't figure out where to connect the tank sending unit in the rear. Any help would be great. Thanks.

On the top side of the tank there is a connector about the size of a ball point pen. I think the wire is blue
with a black rubber cover.

I believe the wire you're looking for is in the wire harness. The cluster that runs along the driver's side channel under the door threshold trim. On the '67 it's a TAN wire. I don't know it they changed it for '69. Haven't done mine yet.

i just did mine and it's a yellow wire on the wire harness at the rear of the trunk. It's a double connector and it plugs right in
