fuel tank sending unit

Default fuel tank sending unit

is it possible to buy the fuel tank sending unit separately? it is a 97 camaro v6.

the sending unit is everything except the pump.

the link i posted was for the sending unit without the punp. and yes even at rock auto its 270 bucks.

oh dang. i can get the same pump on ebay for $110

ive had 50/50 with them. got 2 for the truck,,, 2 tanks,,, and one is still goin the other is not working at all so i have a full tank that wont pump to the other tank. gota pull the flat bed here soon to re do the wood base for the steel bed beams. so i figure ill do it then with oem. have not had any luck with the ebabe fuel pumps, had two last one year. oem are still quite and working fine.

go with oem i put an airtex pump in my 95 (i think thats what its called) and it lasted about 2 weeks than i spent the money for an oem and it lasted about 3 mths (i totaled the car im sure the pump was still fine tho)

I've heard that the Airtex pumps can set up a static charge in the interior of your car, which can last for months, and it causes people to sneeze. Might be an urban legend, but you never know!
