The Fuel Command Center from FItech looks pretty interesting(Go EFI Fuel Command Center ? FiTech Fuel Injection) . It looks like one of the easier options to install with out dropping the tank.

You know that is not a fuel injection system. It is just a way to control the fuel pressure going into your fuel injection system. Seems like a lot of money to me.

I know a few guys who swapped over to EFI and I admit it is nice. They get in turn the key and vroommm, their cars fire right up. I would look at the Atomic EFI, FAST or Fitech systems. A few of the main things to look at is how the systems accept fuel weather it needs a return line or is returnless and how do you interact with the system, do you need a laptop or does it come with a controller. Also you will want a system that is self learning.

I was one of the people that read the original post but didn't respond because I don't have an opinion regarding an aftermarket FI system. I read the original post again today and see that the poster has a Holley carb without a choke. No wonder your having problems. Add a $30 electric choke and be done with it.
