I'ma new owner of a 69 RS. I cant get the heater or vent fan to blow, it keeps blowing fuses. Any ideas?

 

Welcome to the forum. Previous owner(s) may have added, upgradedand removed stereo equipment. Some stuff could have been removed such as amp's, etc.before selling to new owners. Stock wires could have been spliced and damaged. Damage usually found near fuse box. Or wire unsullation could be old, frayed and cracked. Kinda like me. Hope this helps. Post some pics. Rs's are a favorite.
