I love my camaro but I'm always worried that I'll get hot wired and stolen.

I recently wrired in a killswitch button under the carpet, you can only see a small lump in the carpet and to start the car you have to use your foot to click it closed.

Anyways I'm wondering if any of you other guys know any other cheap tips or tricks like this. I know I need a good car alarm but I'm a poor college kid.

I use a kill switch on mine and hide it in the trunk or somewhere under the hood...not alot of people have time to mess around under the hood when stealing a car.

 

A simple battery disconnect on the negative terminal would be wise. This makes 2 breaks in the circuit. Also helps reduce the probability of a short that burns your car up.

 

steering wheel locks(the club) rcheap and r in plain view!most crooks would walk right by.i guess anything to slow them down.
