Hello to everyone. I have a 69 camaro with a muncie 4 speed with the original center console. when i bought the car it had a automatic. I put the four speed in it and now i can't get the console to fit right. The console has to be pushed way up under the dash and i cant read the guages. i bougt the shifter from hurst and they said it was the one for a 69
I am really lost what to do. Please help me.

my 68 with a factory 4 speed and console sits way up under the dash as well. i think that is how the 4 speeds are
