Yes the fuel cell will be the storage for the fuel, instead of an aftermarket fuel tank for mini-tubbed camaro's..

The middle box was fabricated to house the aeromotive fuel cell with the eliminator fuel pump (for efi) to protect the aluminum fuel cell from the road and so its not just sitting on the trunk floor like 99% of cars, the rear clip has straight steel across the back incase of rear end collision. The two side boxes will house batteries, allowing the wiring to be hidden underneath the car.. the overall goal was to make it look as clean as possible when the trunk pops, instead of just throwin' two batteries and a fuel cell in the trunk..

Beautiful craftsmanship! It's going to be a great looking car when it's completed!

Its been a few months since i checked up on your progress, your car is looking amazing. I never thought it would turn out this nice after seeing how it was.

What is your car going to be built for? Is it a street or race? What kinda drive train?

It's going to be built for street use, still debating on drive train, but leaning heavy towards a gm 502 ram jet fuel injected engine and a 6 speed transmission. The rear will be a Moser M9 fabricated rear. But the engine and trans. are probably a year and a half away.

The next set of pix will show a custom bead rolled trunk floor and driver and passenger doors installed hopefully within the next few weeks.
