Look at my profile pic of the front end of the 1969 camaro that I love the look of... I need to know if this exact front hideaway headlight system and grill would fit into a 1967 or 1968 camaro without changing out the front hood, fenders and bumper etc.. I am sure it will not just bolt up, but is it simple enough to get this look on any first generation camaro??? Please let me know, it my decide what year camaro I will be purchasing... Thanks guys!!!

 

The 69 as a whole is wider than the 67-68, so a grille swap wouldn't be a simple matter. I'm not even sure if the grille height is the same or if the edges at the fenders are conformed similarly. The fenders are different, as the 69 has different side body lines than the 67-68 has. The hood though is interchangeable between all 3 years. Just make the jump, go for the best, and get a 69 if that's the look you like.
