Another 69 Restore

Well it's been a while since I posted any updates. I have made some good progress lately. For starters I have almost all of the body parts painted and installed. Mostly I just need the front and back glass.
I'm having some big problems getting the grill and bumper stuff to align properly.
With the head lights in the grill doesn't really want to fit. There is a huge gap in the top. I plan to take it to a professional to get everything aligned properly.
I did get most of the wiring done, turn signals, head lights and tail lights, I can actually start the car with the key.
Wish I would have bought some rims with less backspace, I had to get rid of the 2" drop spinals and go with a stock size.
Over all the stance is good I think
Still a lot of work to do on the interior though. Seats and carpets are in, but not much more.
I have the gauges, the carrier is on order and should be here this week so I can install them.
I've been able to drive it around the neighborhood. Even the short distance i can tell its going to be pretty quick.
Here is a short clip of me doing a walk around with the engine running.

Car is looking good. Looking at the front, I can see the header panel is way high in the middle, making it more v-shaped than it's supposed to be. The end fitments to the grille look ok, the middle is high, which means the center support is jacking it up too far. It looks like the header to hood fit isn't very far off, if at all, so the header panel is being lifted too far in the front (twisted).

I had the exact same issues with my grill because I used a repro header panel. fought it all day, had to bend the tabs and make a couple modifications to finally get it to line up properly.
Beautiful Camaro btw.

How is the grill fitment on the sides, is it loose, tight, or too tight against the fenders? Also, how are the hood to fender gaps, especially towards the front? Another thing you're likely to run into, is the fenders will probably need to be loosened as you go to lower the front edge of the header panel. Lowering the header is going to "lengthen" it, and right now it has nowhere to go. If the fenders got pulled in too far when installing (towards each other), then that's what could have bowed the header up in the first place.
