The door panels that have the built-in arm rest are part of the "deluxe" interior package.
Flat door panels with the bolt on arm rests are the standard.

do some research before you buy. I just got Deluxe door panels for my 69 and the door lock pull is in a completely different location.... also the window regulator posts are too short. The door lock post I can handle fairly easy but there's no hole where it need to be for the deluxe panel so I have to drill the door. ALso the regulators have to be completely replaced. And.... the door opening mechanisms.... the basic ones pull up, the deluxe ones pull out. thats another change I have to deal with. I love the deluxe panels but not sure if its gonna be worth all the $$$ and work in the end.
