I prefer the 69 over the other two. I just dig how the front end looks more.

Great replies everyone! Love to hear the different views of the great 1st generation Camaros! I am a big '69 fan myself. I love my Z/28 RS. Yes, those hide-away headlights are a pain and mine do not open and close like they should. I just shine the headlights through the vented doors or just open them up manually by hand if I need to. It's just the way GM came up with the Z/28 as a special setup to compete in the SCCA races in the late 60's that gave the car such a special and rare appearance. I fell in love with the RS first but fell in love with that rare Z/28 motor more. If I couldn't get my hands on a Z/28, I would have definitely gone for a bad *** SS! Love them too. So far the RS/SS and COPO/Yenko Camaros are tied as the most favorite 1st generation Camaros. There are some great replies and good reasons for the choices. Keep up the opinions and hope to hear more. Thanks guys!

I have to go with the '69. (any model) I love that body style, next would be the '68 cause thats the year I have. I don't really care for the vent windows on the '67 although I like the grill with the round turn signals.

 

Favorite Year is 69 because I have always loved the lines better than the 67 and 68, especially over the wheel wells. My favorite Camaro was the Baldwin Motion from 1969. The Yenkos were nice too but I liked all the mods better that Motion was doing to them. But then again **** Harrell was also puttin out some trick Camaros as well.
