Valve cover clerance
You can use the 302 and 350 frame mount brackets, but those are only 3/8" lower than the others: Camaro - Engine
Other options are:
Retrofit an S10 wiper motor, which is smaller in size.
Install a "hidden wiper motor" inside the cowl. That's what I would do on mine, to clean up the firewall. 4th gen Camaro and VW wiper motors have been used for this. Detroit speed sells a conversion kit, but it's about $300.
If you don't drive yours in the rain (I never do), you could leave the wiper motor off all together and make a block off plate. Then treat the windshield with Rain-X in case you get caught in a surprise shower. If you've never used Rain-X, try it, the rain just rolls right off the windshield and you can still see where you're going.

I'm kinda surprised at how high it looks at the firewall. I have tall covers and can throw a hat through my cover/wiper clearance. I wonder if the issue might be with the trans mount being too tall. A little bit at the trans will make a noticeable difference at the valve covers.
It might be the trans crossmember. I'm using a 700R4 with a aftermarket crossmember. I thing I will wait till next spring and do the hidden motor. But now I have another problem. The block is a vortec and cant seem to find a oil dipstick that will fit. Any ideas?
Thanks

Look at the block casting date near the bellhousing, and the suffix code on the front pad. Those will tell you what year and model truck (Vortec is 1996 and newer) your engine came out of, that you can use as a shopping guide: Chevy Engine Codes - on Chevy-Camaro.com
Looks like I got a bigger problem then just valave cover clerance problem. I didnt notice it till you mentioned it about the motor being too high. I cant connect my passenger side exhaust the header is too high. I installed new motor mounts but they are the same as I took out. The only thing thats different is the motor. Old is a 64 327, new is a vortec 383. Nothing else is changed. Below are picture of the old motor and new motor. Look at the intake manifold in relation to the coil. Different valve covers. Not sure why the new motor is so much higher.

So I checked the clerance between the pan and crossmember. About 1 inch. So lowerring the motor isnt a option. I measured the old cast iron heads and they are about 1 inch shorter then the new aluminum heads. That would explain the header and valce cover issue.
