Default Turn signal issue

My 68 had both signals working and the I noticed a solid green light when I turn the passenger side blinker on. Any ideas? The front and back light come on, they just don't blink.

Specs:
68 Camaro, Crate 350ci/hp, Edelbrock EFI, speed pro pistons, com cam and lifters, turbo 350 auto trans, Edelbrock ceramic coated headers, flowmasters, 10 bolt (non-posi), power steering, power disc brakes, HD tri-core radiator.

Try an old fashion 552 flasher rather than the 512 flasher installed.

The issue starts when I turn my light on. All of the lights and signals work prior to me during the lights on. As such, I'm good to go during the day. Must be a short, right?

As suggested, clean grounds
You might run a ground jumper from bezel, of hose clamp the wire to light socket, if metal socket, as it should be, to the fill tube structure inside trunk.
There is a Phillips screw in place with a ground wire.
Also, check light socket wiring for the proper filament lite
Brown is tail lights, Yellow is left brake/turn, Dark green is Right brake /turn.

There is no short, if there was, fuses would be blowing and you have not mentioned of fuse replacement.
So it could be a miswire?
