Default Transmission cooling line routing

69 Camaro with TH350. Do the transmission to radiator cooling lines go above or below the front suspension/frame cross member? Do they go inside the engine compartment or underneath the front clip? Appreciate any diagrams/photos too. Thanks

Not sure of what transmission models were available in 1969, but here is a page from the 1969 Assembly Manual showing the routing for the transmission cooling lines of a Camaro with a V8.

Thanks for the pic. Still hard to tell for sure. I'll have to work with it some. Whole lot easier to attached to trans side before bolt up trans that's for sure.

Lines run along oil pan flange then up in front of bottom radiator hose to tank.
Yes, attach lines to trans before final position of trans. Much easier.

OP

saw your PM before this post. The lines run as shown in the diagram and as posted by Everett. I thought you were talking about adding a external trans cooler after the radiator.

I attached my lines to tranny after I had bolted in the TH350 but before installing X member so Had the tranny hanging down some
