Default Thread Lock on stripped spark plug threads

69 Camaro with a 302 from a Z28. Can I use medium strength thread lock on stripped spark plug threads instead of tapping and inserting heli coils? The # 6&8 plugs are a "little" stripped. The plugs tighten fine but when I did a compression check the pressure gauge fitting would not tighten completely in those plug holes, but did in all others. The compression was consistent on those two cylinders at around 200 each?
Also, what compression range should I expect? Or is it more important to have consistency among the cylinders?

I would not use any loctite on spark plugs. I would personally pull and repair, but if the plugs thread in fine, you are probably good. Reason I say that is most compression testers have a very short thread length vs the spark plugs which go deeper and catch more thread. You want both high numbers and consistent numbers between cylinders. I'd have to go to a book to see what actual specs are, but I would say as long as you're within +/- 10 psi between all cylinders, you should be okay.

No Loctite on your threads you will have issues otherwise, Just re-tap them if you have any issues

My 65/72 Chilton says 190 psi for 302.
