Ok, getting all messed up here with these numbers. Is the letter I2 stand for twelve? or is I nothing? Is this reading Flint, December 10th and then HA with a restamp A? Or am I looking at a bunch of BS? Was a hair away from purchasing car but now am scratching my head.

 

Well with a lot of help I've think I come up with some of my own answers. Does the I come into play after number 9? Then it would make sense reading 12 December, Next I0 meaning 10th day. Which falls into place with numbers on Cowl & Protecto plate. But then this damn HA dilemma.
