speedo cable

Default speedo cable

Trying to put the speedo cable on my 68 with air conditioning it's on the back of the gauge But now I can't Turn it no room 4 my hand lol Am I missing a trick here

I had to drop the steering column ,loosen the gauge cluster in order to get my big hand in there

Sometimes I've had to pull the instrument cluster out and attach the cable to the speedometer, then put it back in and connect the trans end. It can be really tough with big hands.
