And how exactly to you spray that kind of stuff? Doesn't it require special equipment?

The stuff I am looking at is roll on. It is pretty think so I'm not sure if you could spray it.

I would rather roll it on to be sure I didn't hit something I dind't want to cover.

how much "dampening" is nesessary? i kinda like the rumble below me.

thanks for all the replys. I went with second skin. 10 Gal.s of spray on for entire body and enough matting to do entire interior. Also went with ceramic spray on for fire wall and another thicker mat for fire wall. Hoping to start installing soon as sheet metal is being welded in. Felt this was the best time to apply as most hard to reach areas are more readily accessible.
