Default Shot in the dark - Looking for my dad's 1969 Convertible.

I know it's a complete shot in the dark/needle in the haystack kind of search, especially without the VIN, but I'm looking for my dad's first "new" car which was purchased at Coyne Chevrolet in Escanaba, Michigan. It was a 1969 Camaro Convertible equipped with the 307 V-8, 3-speed manual transmission, dark blue exterior and interior, white hockey stripes, and white top. He owned it from brand new until about 1970 when it was sold at a car auction in Peshtigo, Wisconsin. My mother thought she saw a car nearly identical to my dad's about 20 years ago in North-East Wisconsin, but she didn't get a license plate number, so if there are any leads to the possible location of a car matching this description in this area, I'd greatly appreciate anything you can share. Watching all of the "car reunion" videos has lit a fire under me to at least try to find my dad's car.
