Arrow Help help shot in the dark

Ok so im taking a big shot in the dark but i must try......

Some years ago i got a magazine (super chevy, chevy high performance
hot rod) and in this magazine was i believe a 1969 camaro and what caught my eye was the way it was painted.
The car was blue with white stripes so here is what im after the way the painter had laid the stripes on the car was as if they were being torn off. So they started from the front of the hood and as they got closer to the windshield they started to flake away if you seen a picture of this car or something similar please post
thank you
