Default Roof Repair

Hi All
The roof on my 69 Camaro is bubbled real bad under the vinyl, is there a patch panel made that will replace the top and all the way around the rear window?
Thanks

You may only have a minor case of surface rust. Rust builds crust, but it looks worse under the vinyl.
I'd wait to make a decision till you remove the vinyl top to see what the metal looks like. You might not need a transplant.

The worst part is around the rear window, I found a guy parting out a 69 Firebird it never had a vinyl roof put on it and the metal around the window looks good. Will that area be the same as my Camaro?

Yes, 67-69 Camaro/Firebird, same roof. If you're having rust bubbling by the rear window too, then you could have more serious rust.
This is a rust-prone area, even without having a moisture trapping vinyl top.
