I had my 1967 327 heads reconditioned. Is there a right or left side? Does it matter if they were not replaced on the side they were originally removed from?

No it doesn't matter. As far as the combustion chambers, water jacket holes, etc. are concerned, the heads are identical. But....it could matter if they have the accessory mounting holes in the front on one end but not the other.

 

Thanks.....there are no mounting holes. I'm good to reassemble now.
