I like to put the front stands on the frame in front the tire, just like in the pic. They're more out of the way. I have a set of tall jack stands for this because the frame is higher in the front.

What kind of brake kit are you installing?

I got the "Show and Go 4 wheel power brake kit" purchased from Summit
Its made by "Right Stuff" has the drilled and slotted zinc rotors with stainless steel lines, powder coated calipers, drop spindles and polished booster/cylinder
I was really trying to get a American Made kit but that had some challenges and I have a designated budget so the money is going further.

i have been looking for some stands that are higher then the standard but i always get nervous using a floor jack to lift a car that high
