hey i got a 99 camaro.. im not a mechanic, i just know what i want to do to it but dont know how.. what i want to do is lift the back end up like 2-3 inches... does anyone know the best solution? the easiest? also is it ok to drive it everyday with the back end lifted?

Not a good idea. All you will accomplish is screw up the handling.
