Default Project idea 67 rag top

I have a 67 that is need of freshening up. After 16 years she is starting to leak a little oil and the tires are dry rotting. The motor has very low miles on it maybe 5K and she is a solid 325 HP.

The car is not numbers matching but it is an original 67 RS/SS

I have some spare parts from my 93 that are not doing anything.

I am thinking I would stick the fuel injection and the 6 speed in the 67. ( I would box up the original Muncie and keep it safe)

Would find some better seats, maybe ones with the should strap built in. (I would not damage the original seats or mounts)

Rims and tire Stock look but a little bigger so I can upgrade the brakes.

Idea? and one know a good conversion web page for the t-56?

I found this on the fuel injection

You might try over at LS1Tech for trans conversion.
Try at the site listed in my signature and search for a bunch of members have converted.
Here's the sticky:

I have read that thread in the past, it gets kind of confusing, at first they say the LS1 trans is the way to go but then they change over and start saying the Lt1 is easier. I was hoping to find a straight forward guide for the conversion.

The above link handles the hardware side of the EFI. Does anyone know of a site that has advise on the computer side. I know about mega squirt but I am not really into that kind of time investment.

I guess I should add Budget is a factor. I have a daughter in Collage my son has apraxia so there is not a lot of extra money. I can weld and I do my own work, I also have access to a machine shop
