Default Paint Sprayer

I have a question on painting and sprayers. Im looking to paint my trailer and dont hve a gun, will be my first time spraying. Will and electric sprayer work and if so what brand and type. I have a craftsmans compressor 150lbs max. but not sure its will be enough pressure to stay constant. Thanks in advance

electric sprayer will work fine. your compressor will also be fine for a spray gun.
I have actually painted cars with my wagoner electric sprayer

You gotta be careful with some electric sprayers though, sometimes the tip is the wrong size and it'll either clog or you'll get a really wide spray pattern. Nice thing about them is you don't have to worry about water getting into your paint job. Even HVHP spray guns only require 50-60psi and HVLP usually only require 8-10psi so you're good on the compressor. Also depends on what you plan to paint it with. Single stage? Base coat/clear coat? Lacquer, enamel, urethane?

There are a lot of factors, What type of paint? What quality are you expecting? How large is the trailer? are we talking enclosed trailer, car trailer of landscaping type trailer.

That would be my next question, i know prepping is everything and i do want it to look nice. Its an enclosed trailer. What would be the easiest paint plus cleanup? This will be a home paint project in garage.
