Since you have an alum rad, you may want to run a ground wire from the rad bracket to neg battery post or stick a star locker washer between the rad and support as this will protect rad from electrolysis - minute current flowing through alum creating corrosion.

Yes! There is (2) 30amp fans. They originally recommended to up grade to a 140amp alternator!Because I don't have AC or a crazy sound system 100amp should be fine.I believe the stock alternator was a 60 amp??

Holy cow, many fans that move a decent amount of cfm's pull between 8-12 amps. Are you using these fans to pull the car down the road?

The grounding kit I bought from the rad company comes with all the pre-cut cables and star washers, and photo instructions. I will be installing all of this this weekend.

Just be sure to monitor your charging system performance when idling and low rpm, since your electric fan need is only when in city driving. Out on the open highway, you don't need fans. I switch mine off when on the open road.

That is not a good comparison. Think of a house as “High Pressure” 110 volts and cars are “Low pressure” 12 volts. “Low pressure” requires a dramatic increase in wire size over distance. "High Pressure" can cross distances with less wire increase.

Just look at stock battery cable. It is sized for is correct for the short distance it runs. As it gets longer it needs to get heavier to maintain the volume. Next time you are at a car show check out the older cars and check the wire sized needed for 6 volt system. Also take into account the starters were not starting 10:1 compression V8s. Back in the days before kits battery relocation was done with welding cables.
