Default need help tucking a 325/50/15 on 10 wide

I am new here and heard this site is the best.. So here I am.. I am sure someone here has been in my situation before and can give me a few pointers.

I want to fit a 325/50/15 ( 28" ) or a 315/60/15 ( 30" ) in my fenders without rubbing on the lip or frame. i am going for the pro street look and want to slightly tuck the tires up in the fenders without rubbing. I just ordered my moser 9" and had it shortened 2" on each side. 35 spline, wave trac & 4 piston brakes and it finally shown up on friday.

I am also going with a mini tub kit that will let me fit a tire to my frame rail and I am also running a 4 link setup so there is no leaf spring to worry about. i am really bad with figuring out wheel sizes and all that so I want to make sure I order the right parts. I am going with factory replaca rally rims and I notice on summit they sell vintage replace rallys that are 15x10 with 5" and also with 5.5" backspacing. Would either of these work, or would I have to order a custom back space? I would just like your opinions of what I need to do to complete this task.

I am almost done with my entire build and this is the last thing that I need to do before I tune it. It has been a 2 year project in the making and it's finally all behind me except this last wheel / tire issue. Thank you for all your help and I hope to check this site out quite often !

Please let me know what you all recommend and I will order up what I need so I can finally finish my car! Thanks again, from Utah!
