I have a question for someone who is well versed in the value of a matching numbers car.

I am looking at a 1968 Z28 RS that has all matching numbers, but the car was repainted in a different color then it was born as. Also, the hood has been replaced with a cowl induction hood and the interior was upgraded from standard black buckets to houndstooth. How does all of this impact the value as a numbers matching car, if any?
