Wow, Today I pulled out the 327 motor in my 69 and did a little research on the net. Come to find out the actual vin# is on the oil flange and matches my vin. Thank god for the internet. Later all

Great find! Restore that 327 and keep your car numbers matching. In the long run you and others will appreciate a finely restored car rather than one with a 572 crate lol for example. Good luck with your project
