Looking to replace ignition. In my 68 Camaro 327 any suggestions

If you still have points & condenser, then drop in a regular GM type HEI distributor. A relatively stock engine doesn't need anything exotic. I helped my brother put an HEI in his 68 (327), and the performance difference was night and day. What was mostly noticeable was the engine starting with a tap of the key where before it had to crank over a couple of times before firing up.

I did the ready to run MSD system with MSD6 control box. The cap is much smaller than the HEI unit but it also costs more money. I am however completely satisfied with fit and function...

Ok went with MSD ready to run
With MSD Blaster2 coil.
