leaf spring bracket bolt removal

Default leaf spring bracket bolt removal

68 camaro trying to remove the leaf springs. the bolts that hold the forward mounting bracket are all spinning. Any suggestions on how to remove them?

I had to cut into the rear subframe of my matching numbers 69 Z-28, when I replaced my rear springs for the same problem
Absolute tragedy, I felt like a butcher when done
It's things like that, that justify selling a nice one
I had to tale an air hemmer with a chisel bit to mine and open 'er up
Tragic

your cage nut is spinning. Few methods to remedy, all involve cutting

Got them off yesterday. used a cut off wheel on 4 of them and drill off the heads of the other 2. Thanks for the responses
