kick panel lights stay on

Default kick panel lights stay on

First off "I hate electrical problems" We've got a 67 rs, and all of a sudden the kick panel lights are staying on, We don't rarely drive after dark do would taking the bulbs out fix it or would it still drain the battery. I'll say it again I am not an electrician.

I figured out that the company that installed my radio tied it into that circuit. I'll be contacting them thank

Well, you are becoming a bit of an electrician by figuring that out
Now just learn to wire a radio and you'll be further along
Nio sense in paying for what is a simple stereo wiring job
Pull power from the fuse panel if you want key on power
Pull power straight from the battery is what most folks do
I have a nice Kenwood marine deck in my van, 12 speakers and 3 amps
That was a wiring mess getting rid of the factory premium sound amp
Yours will be easy, especially if the factory connectors are still there, and you use the harness adapters
