Can someone tell me the correct resistance reading for the fuel tank sending unit? I have a new tank and sending unit installed but the gauge is way past F at the moment.

tank is nearly full and I have 58 ohms from the sender to ground in the trunk.

looking at the wiring going forward but wanted to make sure the sending unit is in the correct range.

appreciate any feedback.

 

I figured the issue out. I had 50-60 ohms then had 0.

wire was pinched above the fuel tank by the license plate.

all fixed.
