Finally Starting Restoration on 68 Rally

I almost waited too long, hopefully not. I'm taking her to the shop this month for a work over. I am new in this forum but after reading all the threads, I'm glad to find this forum. Its a 1968 RS with 327.

I was wondering what to do to the factory exhaust manifolds, is there a way to paint or treat them with something for looks correctly?
