From the factory no, dealer installed yes. GM had a crossram dual quad setup available. If you ordered the crossram with the car, it came in the trunk and either the owner installed it himself, or paid the dealer to do it. It was also available over the counter in the dealer's parts dept. I have seen ultra-rare original NOS setups go for anywhere between $10,000~$15,000. Good used ones can be found for under $5k. And Offenhauser makes a crossram manifold that is a very close match to the original Winters unit.

Basically they were race parts, only available for the DZ302 Z28
Technically C'69 is right since it was a dealer installed option.
It was factory GM stuff though.

I am lookingat a setup that a local guy has for sale. It is Offenhauser and he says that it was a setup that came on the first gen Camaro. I realy am looking to find out what it is worth and I don't want to buy a fake at full price.

That never came stock on any Chevy and was not even a dealer installed option, strictly aftermarket vintage speed parts pictured there and not particularly valuable.
Its' definately not first gen or any gen Camaro from GM.
Offy intake and a tired looking pair of AFB carbs, maybe worth a couple hundred bucks.

Look at my pics above, that crossram with two Holleys was the only dual quad set up ever offered on a Camaro of any year from GM dealers as a factory GM part.

If the manifold is in good shape, I'd say $300 tops.
But that's kind of an ugly looking setup, IMO.

I didn't think it looked like anything that I had seen factory. I just wanted to be sure that I hit all the baces. The asking price is $450 and I don't think I am even going to bother making a lowball offer.

I agree. Does not look like a GM part. Wasn't the DZ302's crossram setup staggered? With the carbs were mounted diagonally on the intake? Like this....
