Default Exhaust system for 1969 Camaro

I am currently building a BBC 454 block to swap into a 1969 Camaro. Planning on running hooker headers and probably a flowmaster muffler. Not exactly sure yet what I want to do on the rest of the system.

Any suggestions on a exhaust system for a 1969 Camaro?

Thanks

I do have adive on your headers. Hooker Super Comps are probably the best if you don't have power steering and have regular head bolts. if you have power steering, they will block one of the lines too close coming out of the box. and if you have studs in your heads, they will interfere are you will have to grind the header flange to help it fit (that's no big deal).

regular Hooker Comps will fit without any modding except you will have to ding one of the tubes near the steering box if you buy the bigger tube size. I would recommend against the bigger tube size though if you are not running a lower RPM powerband and at least a 3 series carrier.

you are going to get a lot of cabin drone with runningthe Flowmasters. just be aware of that. once you get by the headers, you will be able to go with 3" pipes without any lowend loss because of the bigblock

Another quick exhaust question, I'm thinking about picking up another 69, does anyone still make the chambered exhaust that was an option in 69?
