Engine Oil Leak

Have dripping oil leak near rear of motor when in idle mode. Tend to think a leaking rear seal. Any Help ? Thanks.

From: somewhere between va. & wv.

make sure it is not from the back of the valve cover or the intake running down behind the block
if it is your rear seal remove the pan or pull the engine (depending on type of oil pan you have) and replace

It could be from the oil sending unit near the distributor.

That rear main seal is no fun to replace.

I hope it's just a pan gasket.
